The items were nice but broken- the shipping was on time but the box was damaged. So it’s not the sellers fault. The items were damaged in shipment but the seller responded quickly to my message and photos of the broken handles. They were very helpful in getting a refund to my original payment source and treated me with respect. It was not their fault the items were damaged in shipping. It was great that they were committed in their approach to make a refund to me for the broken items the shippers broke. **ORIGINAL 3* REVIEW 05/02/25** Pleased with the look of this product, and a decent weight to them, however, the screws provided do not fit the holes of the handles- suggesting either too wide in diameter or wrong thread size. . Disappointing considering the amount of money paid plus £8 shipping. ** EDIT 06/02/25** After leaving my initial review, seller contacted me very promptly to resolve issue. They offered me a shipping refund if I updated my review to a 5*.

Nachdem ich mich verzählt hatte, fehlten mir am Ende genau 2 Griffe. Also habe ich Kontakt aufgenommen und es wurde mir innerhalb von 2h schon geantwortet. Und das sogar am späten Abend. Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice! Ich konnte nämlich den Artikel nicht mehr finden in der Flut von Angeboten. Also hab ich ein Foto der Griffe, die ich eingebaut hab hingeschickt und zack, schickte man mir gleich einen richtigen Link und innerhalb von 5 Tagen war die Ware auch schon bei mir.

Die Griffe sind absolut wertig. Kein Plastikkram sondern richtig schwere Ausführung. Was für ein Metall genau, weiß ich gar nicht. Spielt bei mir aber auch keine Rolle. Die Lochbohrungen passen genau. Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen! Auch der Versand war zügig und verlässlich.
